Integration Steps

Integrating PushOwl with ECPower is a straightforward process that can significantly enhance your marketing efforts. Here’s how you can get started:

1. Create Segments in ECPower:

ECPower offers a more extensive range of conditions for segment creation. Refer to documentation for more info.

2. Setup Customer Tag Sync:

  • Use Shopify customer tags to bridge ECPower segments with PushOwl. You can setup auto sync per segment. View guides for detail

3. Build Segments in PushOwl:

Based on customer tags, create the same segments in PushOwl to complete the synchronization. You need to follow different steps for web push and email.

Web Push: Executable through the Power bundle.

Based on subscriber's properties > Customer Tag

Then specify Shopify Customer Tag you've assigned in ECPower

Email: Available in all plans.

Create segment > Contact Details > Custom Attributes> 'TAGS' > 'Contains'

Then specify Shopify Customer Tag you've assigned in ECPower

4. Send Messages via PushOwl:

Create campaign and select segments you've created in PushOwl.

Web push: Specify in 'Segments' section on detail setting.

Email: Specify in 'Recipients' setting for each campaign

5. Track Metrics and Growth in ECPower:

You can monitor the increase in customer numbers, detailed metrics, sales data, and other key performance indicators using ECPower segments.
