Billing and plans

Plans

Free Plan

The Free Plan has certain feature limitations, including but not limited to:

  • Managing up to 5 segments
  • Displaying up to 3 items in the Insight report

Please note that features in the Free Plan may change without notice.

Free Trial

You can enjoy all features without any limitations for 14 days after signing up with ECPower.

When Free Trial ends, Free plan is automatically applied to your account.

Note: The free trial offer is available starting October 28, 2024. If you signed up with ECPower before then and wish to request a free trial, please leave a message with our support team via the in-app chat.

Paid Plans (Starter, Growth, Scale)

Our Paid PlansStarter, Growth, and Scale—offer unrestricted access to all features. There are no functional differences among these plans; they differ only in pricing based on your active customer size.

  • Upgrade Policy: If your active customer size exceeds the limit of your current plan, your account functionality will be limited until you switch to an appropriate plan.
  • Downgrade Policy: If your active customer size decreases and fits within a lower plan's limits, you can downgrade your plan at any time.

Billing

Your account is charged on a monthly basis via the Shopify App Store, which means you will be billed by Shopify Inc., not directly by our company.

  • Billing Cycle: ECPower app charges are included in your next Shopify 30-day invoice, billed at the same time as your Shopify subscription.
  • For more details, please refer to the Shopify Help Center.

Manage Your Plans

Upgrade

To upgrade your plan:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Plans to access your plan information.
  2. Choose the plan that matches your active customer size.
  3. Confirm the changes on Shopify Admin (you will be automatically redirected to)

Cancel Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Plans.
  2. Select the Free Plan to cancel your current subscription.
  3. Confirm the cancellation on Shopify Admin (you will be automatically redirected to)
  4. The change will be applied immediately.

Uninstall ECPower

When you uninstall ECPower, all your account data will be permanently deleted to comply with data protection laws. This data cannot be recovered, so please proceed with caution.

The following data will be deleted:

  • Your workspace members
  • Your segments, segment groups, and customer journey canvas settings
  • Your segment metrics and order history data
