Recipe Overview

• Manage segments for customers who made purchases in SS (Spring/Summer) and AW (Autumn/Winter) seasons.
• Visualize customers who only purchase in SS, only in AW, and in both seasons.

How to Use

Segment Settings

🏖️ SS Season Purchasers ※ Pre-work (1)

Create the "SS Season Purchasers" segment and link it to Shopify customer tags (e.g., "ecp-SS Season Purchasers").

This Shopify customer tag will be used for other segment creations.

• Segment Name: 🏖️ SS Season Purchasers
• Description: Customers who made purchases during the SS seasons from 2021 to 2024.
• ‍Conditions: Customers who placed order in which Order date is between dates 2024-04-01 ~ 2024-08-31 OR Customers who placed order in which Order date is between dates 2023-04-01 ~ 2023-08-31 OR Customers who placed order in which Order date is between dates 2022-04-01 ~ 2022-08-31

Note: The customer tag linkage to Shopify is completed immediately, but it will not appear in the segment creation options until ECPower re-links the store data. Store data linking occurs at midnight JST. Complete this pre-work in advance, and proceed with the following tasks the next day.

🍂 AW Season Purchasers ※ Pre-work (2)

Create the "AW Season Purchasers" segment and link it to Shopify customer tags (e.g., "ecp-AW Season Purchasers").

This Shopify customer tag will be used for subsequent segment creations.

• Segment Name: 🍂 AW Season Purchasers
• Description: Customers who made purchases during the AW seasons from 2019 to 2023.
• Conditions: Customers who placed order in which Order date is between dates 2023-09-01 ~ 2024-03-31 OR Customers who placed order in which Order date is between dates 2022-09-01 ~ 2023-03-31 OR Customers who placed order in which Order date is between dates 2021-09-01 ~ 2022-03-31

• Conditions: Customers whose Customer tag contains any of 'ecp-SS Season Purchasers' AND Customers whose Customer tag contains none of 'ecp-AW Season Purchasers'
