🚀Major Update to "Insights" for Analyzing Segment Customer Features

To enhance ECPower's core value of "improving customer insights," we have been refining our features based on user feedback since the release of the "Characteristics" function last November.

This update simplifies nearly 100 reports, enabling more comprehensive analysis from multiple perspectives. We’ve also introduced intuitive and easy-to-understand graphical displays.

Variations of Reports

  • Report variations follow previous version, like Product, Product Type, Order Tags…
  • Variations like "at initial purchase" or "at repeat purchases" have been merged into a single report.(view type: Nth order)

Views

  • Popularity: Aggregates the number and percentage of customers who made purchases under specified conditions within the customer segment.

  • Monthly: Tracks the monthly trend of customers who made purchases under specified conditions.
💡 Easily identify the months with high order volumes for specific products!

  • Nth order: Aggregates the number of customers who made purchases under specified conditions by order frequency.
💡 Discover popular products for first-time and repeat purchases!

  • Order count: Aggregates the number and percentage of customers who made multiple purchases.
💡 Find products with a high repeat purchase rate!

  • Histogram: Visualizes how numeric data per customer is distributed within the segment.
💡 Easily check the distribution of repeat purchase days or average purchase amounts!

From the Product Team

In this update, we've added graphs and streamlined numerous reports, covering about 60% of our overall plan. Right now, our focus is on customer count reports, but we're planning to introduce "sales reports" by product and segment while maintaining our product concept. We have many more features in the pipeline and will continue to roll out regular updates. Stay tuned for more improvements! 🚀
