To enhance ECPower's core value of "improving customer insights," we have been refining our features based on user feedback since the release of the "Characteristics" function last November.
This update simplifies nearly 100 reports, enabling more comprehensive analysis from multiple perspectives. We’ve also introduced intuitive and easy-to-understand graphical displays.
Variations of Reports
- Report variations follow previous version, like Product, Product Type, Order Tags…
- Variations like "at initial purchase" or "at repeat purchases" have been merged into a single report.(view type: Nth order)
Views
- Popularity: Aggregates the number and percentage of customers who made purchases under specified conditions within the customer segment.
- Monthly: Tracks the monthly trend of customers who made purchases under specified conditions.
- Nth order: Aggregates the number of customers who made purchases under specified conditions by order frequency.
- Order count: Aggregates the number and percentage of customers who made multiple purchases.
- Histogram: Visualizes how numeric data per customer is distributed within the segment.
From the Product Team
In this update, we've added graphs and streamlined numerous reports, covering about 60% of our overall plan. Right now, our focus is on customer count reports, but we're planning to introduce "sales reports" by product and segment while maintaining our product concept. We have many more features in the pipeline and will continue to roll out regular updates. Stay tuned for more improvements! 🚀
