We're excited to announce the beta release of a product-centric analysis report, a feature frequently requested by our users. With this Product Report, ECPower focuses on providing insights that drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

This report answers questions like:

  • Who among your existing customer segments is purchasing a particular product?
  • What other products are frequently purchased together?

The feature is now available as a beta version. We welcome your feedback and suggestions on additional data points or alternative data presentations you'd like to see in this report.

Segments most likely to repurchase

This feature ranks existing customer segments by the percentage of buyers for a selected product. A higher percentage indicates a stronger alignment of the product with the needs of the segment, helping you identify opportunities for upsell campaigns or repurchase encouragement.

Products most likely to be purchased with

Here, we display products that are often purchased either before or alongside the selected product, ordered by customer volume. This can help you understand what products your customers who are likely to purchase a new item are currently buying, allowing you to develop cross-sell promotions or incentives for first-time buyers.

Additionally, by clicking the pencil icon next to each product name, you can create a segment with conditions for customers who haven’t yet purchased the selected product.

For instance, use this feature to analyze the launch of a new product during the first few weeks:

  • Which segments, whether new or repeat, are purchasing?
  • What other products might these customers be interested in?

Explore this report to identify potential target segments and expand your strategies for both upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
