We are excited to announce a new enhancement to the Customer Segment pages: key insights added.
This update provides you with commonly used insights such as product popularity, customer tags, days since last purchase, and more. Additionally, you can now see which other segments customers belong to, offering deeper visibility into customer behavior. Looking ahead, we are exploring ways to further enhance this feature by allowing users to customize the insights reports they wish to regularly monitor for each segment. We would love to hear your feedback on what kind of data you’d like to see displayed!
- What are the overlapping segments?: View the percentage of customers in this segment who are also part of other segments.
- What is the distribution of customer Recency?: Easily identify the ratio of active vs. dormant customers within the segment based on the time since their last purchase.
- What is the most frequent customer tag?: See the most common customer tags within the segment. For more detailed information, please refer to the Insights report.
- What's the most popular products: Discover the most popular products among customers in this segment. Detailed product data can be found in the Insights report.
